A Banquet with New Friends
#01 Idea Concept
This is a children illustration book which aims to develop children's creativity and imagination. The idea concept of this book is inspired by a planet called MARS. Scientists believe that there was life on Mars during the past, and they signs of ancient floods on Mars, and methane is found in the atmosphere (NASA, 2021). Besides, a boy named Boriska shared the story about life on Mars in 2004 ((Андрей, 2004). After reading the news and article which related to MARS, I have come out with an idea to illustration a storybook related to science fiction topic.
#02 Storyline
The story is about a boy, Sean was playing with his toys in the room. Suddenly, one of his toys was glowed. A monster came out, and it invite Sean to a planet to join a banquet. Out of curiosity, Sean poked the toy with his fingers, and he was sucked into the toy. He arrived a planet where he didn't go before. He met many monster there. Although every monster there looks different and have their own characteristics, they were friendly and willing to be friend with Sean. At the end of the story, the toys glowed again...

#03 The Details
The colour scheme of this books is inspired by MARS, the red appearance. Hence, the main colour for this book will be red and pink. Children's illustration is applied in this book as well where many texture and lines will be included while drawing. This helps to increase the completion of the book, and the illustration will be more interesting.
