Did you try to write a story? For me, I did write story when I was in secondary school. When I wrote the story, I would think about the storyline, the characters and so on. But for this design principle class, I needed to draw a story, and I was not the only person to draw the story. Why? Okay, let me told you the story that happened in my class.

First, when I reached classroom, my lecturer asked me to take out a piece of paper, and drew a picture on it. So, I decided to draw mushroom! Because I saw the illustration on my phone case which was also mushroom.

This was what I drew on my paper. I just used few minutes to get it done. Then our lecturer asked us to exchange our paper with classmates. Before we started drawing, we had decided into two group actually. Therefore, we just need to to exchange our papers with our group members.

After we got the paper from the others, we started to continue her/his drawing on the paper. We could draw anything on it, but you had to make sure that your drawing was related to the previous drawing on the paper. We repeated this action few times in order to get every "storybook" was completed. Then we only returned the storybook to our classmates.

These all pictures which I had posted were what my classmate had drawn on my storybook. From mushrooms to a guy went panic under a tree, until he died because of thunder. 😂

There were many storybooks include illustrations in nowadays. How they present their stories were the part that I had to learn, as each person had their own style and thinking when they were drawing a story/illustration. Different thinking or ideas could make the story had a different ending.

So for this time, our lecturer let all of us took part in every storybooks. Each of us drew one page for every storybooks. We had different thinkings/ideas when we got the storybook. Some of us would like to make the story become funny and interesting, so we would draw something that non-logically. At first, I think my picture couldn't relate to any character. However, my classmates had drawn a guy panic under a tree. It was a really good idea. However, the guy died at the end. HAHAHA

I still remember most of our stories had a sad ending. I really wanted to ask "What's wrong with you guys? So stress ah?😂" HAHAHA

Yah, everyone had different ideas to create a story, even how did they present the story was different. A simple drawing could have an interesting story after you added the contexts to it. Come and try to start creating your storybook! From a simple drawing!

Oh yah, you know what? After I read my storybook, there was a sentence pop up in my mind, "Don't stay outside when it is raining." HAHAHA
