Divergent and Convergent Thinking

What is divergent and convergent thinking? From what I had learned, divergent thinking is opening the possibilities for your design. You can go crazy and generate many ideas without logically. Convergent thinking is narrow down your ideas/design. Choose the one which can help you reach the objective of your project, try to connect your ideas with your goals.

This is a workshop. We get a topic which is paper bag. We need to design a new product by using the paper bag.

Our group come with idea which is called "GULEGG". It is a shoes that can help you to get the floor clean when you use it as an indoor shoes.

We have use almost two and half hours to get the design done.(I guess XD)

It's a quite fun workshop for me as we are new in taking graphic design course and this is the first workshop we have. I am enjoy and I have make new friends in this workshop.
