Map Experiment - Pendulum Art

For my station 6, I decided to use pendulum art to represent the bridge was swinging.

I did some research before I did this experiment. I prepared the materials that I needed and look around my home to find a place where suitable to do this experiment. I collected some bottles from my classmate, Charlene. Then I took some plastic cups and strings, so that I could start doing this experiment.

I used acrylic and water as the paint for this experiment. I put a lot of papers which I didn't want on the floor, so that the floor wouldn't get dirty. And I could clean up easily after the experiment. I had tried few times with different amount of water and acrylic, so I could have different results.

Here were the results I got:

After the experiment, I knew that if I put too much of water, the texture wouldn't show clearly.

This was a very interesting experiment. I love it! 🥰
